Using the Toolkit will save you hours of research and allow you access a comprehensive set of HR tools.

The majority of smaller businesses with under 40 employees do not have a dedicated full-time human resources manager. Extra time is not always devoted to carefully reviewing and upgrading human resources activities. This toolkit is designed to be a resource for companies without the benefit of a dedicated HR Manager.
